Medical Camp for Migrant Workers in Ramanthapur Slum Location

September 25, 2022: Don Bosco Navajeevan, Hyderabad has conducted a medical camp on this day in collaboration with Cattellyst Foundation under the banner “Cattellyst-Don Bosco Navajeevan Migrant Project, Hyderabad” for the most deserving group of people of a slum on the bunds of Ramanthapur Lake.  They are workers involved in garbage collection and segregation, septic tanker drivers and cleaners, watchmen and watchwomen of apartments, domestic helps, auto drivers and other lower income workers. Thanks to Prathima Group of Super Speciality Hospitals, Kacheguda for collaborating with DBNJ to make this medical camp a success and useful to 150 beneficiaries.  Diabetic screening, BP, ECG, 2D Echo tests were carried out besides Cardiologist and General Physician consultations. Necessary medicines were also distributed on this occasion. Kudos to slum leaders and DBNJ migrant team for their concerted efforts in making this event a blessing for the needy.
