SILVER BELLS AT DON BOSCO NAVAJEEVAN RAMANTHAPUR.
Ramanthapur, Dec. 22: Rev. Fr. Sudhakar Bellamkonda the Rector and Director Don Bosco Navajeevan homes, celebrated Silver Jubilee of the Religious Profession on 22nd December 2016 on his ordination anniversary day. Fr Gnanam, Vice Rector took the initiative and organized the event. It was another remarkable day in the annals of the history of the Don Bosco Navajeevan Hydrabad to celebrate the twenty-five years at the service of children and youth in the way of Don Bosco. The community together with staff and students made meticulous plans to make the day to be remembered by Director and as well as all his beloved ones.
Children from all the four centers of Don Bosco Navajeevan homes Hyderabad have gathered at DBNJRC, Ramanthapur to enrich the celebrations with their presence and with all the possible preparations needed for day to make it grand. The celebrations began with the Holy Eucharist at 6.30pm in the evening with entrance dance by girls from Auxilium Navajeevana, Uppal, who welcomed the band of priests with their heavenly rhythmic steps.
Fr. Sudhakar being the Silver Jubilarian presided over the holy Eucharistic while neighbouring priests accompanied him as concelebrants. He said in his introductory words “I Thank the Lord for all numerous blessings He bestowed on me right from childhood days”. Fr. Anthaiah Nali preached sermon recalled all the sweet memories being as his companion, he also said that not to underestimate the designs of God. He chooses and makes ordinary man in to extraordinary and one among the crowed to face of the crowed such best example is Fr. Sudhakar.
The Love of the children was shown though well prepared cultural program, which captured the attention of all the invites of the day, dance of the by girls from the Hayathnagar stood as center of attraction of the all the items of day.
Unending felicitations were done to Fr. Sudhakar by near and dear ones to including our own staff and students which made the Jubilarian to feel that he is loved by one and all in and around the campus. At the end He thanked everyone for making the day so memorable one to him, and added saying he also would do his best like Don Bosco for the growth of Don Bosco Navajeevan.
Finally it was turn of Fr. Rayappa the administrator who treated every one with sumptuous meals for which our boys felt they have eaten enough and more.
